My daughter has lived at The Grove for 2.5 years. I will be the first to say that when she moved in, the apartments, management, maintenance etc. were a complete mess. To say that the current management team walked into a bad situation is an understatement. To their credit, they have taken on the task and have improved things SIGNIFICANTLY. Now, maintenance calls are handled quickly, management is friendly and attentive and problems are resolved. There is still work to be done, but I am no longer concerned about my daughter living at The Grove, in fact, I'm happy that she plans to stay another year.

This last year has been a full 180 with our new management in place! We had moved into a apartment that started with quiet a few issues, and as soon as the new management moved in they were kind, on top of it, and transparent with their reasonings and timeline. When our heat went out in the winter, Carlene our property manager was prompt and quickly brought us heaters to stay warm until they could get it fixed in negative degree temperatures. This is just one of the incredibly helpful stories I can tell about this new management and I am so grateful for the work they are putting into our property! Happy to be living here another year.

This review is for Shelby in particular. She has been so prompt, understanding and kind in regards to maintenance requests. There are a lot of units to manage but I know Shelby will do a great job of it. The prices are high and we have experienced some issues completing maintenance requests in the past, but it seems like things are really turning around now that she is the maintenance manager.

Put in a maintenance request an hour ago and Shelby and her mentor came right over and fixed everything and were so friendly in the process of doing it. THANK YOU!
